Many questions about delivery times, tracking, returns and product specs are already answered on our FAQs page — it's worth a quick look before you write in.

Returns and damaged items

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, for any reason. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, message us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out — a replacement or a refund, your choice. Please don't send anything back before contacting us first, so we can send you a prepaid return label.

Before you buy

Not sure which product is right for you, or whether a massage gun is safe with an existing injury? Ask us. We would rather talk you out of the wrong purchase than process a return.
