Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with FlexReboot. The following terms make up our Shipping Policy.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states only. We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside the United States you will not be able to complete checkout, and we would rather tell you that here than after you have filled in your details.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.
Delivery time
Portable Deep Tissue Massage Gun: ships from a US warehouse and typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days of dispatch.
Everything else: ships direct from the manufacturer and typically arrives within 7 to 14 business days of dispatch.
Delivery windows are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to begin showing updates after the number is issued.
Duties and taxes
Orders delivered within the United States are not subject to additional import charges.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will put it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund. Please keep any damaged items and packaging until the matter is resolved, as we may need photographs.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
